Datasheets(X)
Recommended for the construction sector, engineering, marine construction, automotive industry and adhesion and sealing jobs both indoors and outdoors.
Surfaces should be clean and free from dust and grease. Non-absorbent substrates such as glass, tiles and plastics should be clean before application. Cut the applicator nozzle to a diameter of at least 5 mm. When sealing, the tip must be cut on a slant to the width of the joint where it is to be applied. Apply the sealant all the way to the bottom of the joint, and finish the bead off within the first 10 minutes using a spatula or a finger. Apply the bead vertically from bottom to top. For bonding and attaching, apply the MS polymer in vertical beads or in small spots scattered over the substrate to be bonded. Press the materials together for approximately 25 minutes, pressing firmly. If necessary, leave the materials pressed together for at least 24 hours. The product cures at a rate of 3 mm every 24 hours.
